Manhack Control Rip needed

Hello, in the mod "HUMAN ERROR" there is a weapon called Manhack Control
And it actually does CONTROL in first person those manhacks

I tried to do it, but i fail in making it into a swep, because ewerything is in scripts
So, i will post the ripped files of the weapon with this post
I already tried to do something but i failed miserably
Addon format (info.txt already included)
(manhacks NEED to be owner friendly)
