Welcome to FacePunch! The developer section is a place where individuals having trouble creating scripts/code can come and post questions to help nudge them in the right direction. The best thing to do is learn Lua yourself if you want it for "free". Heck, when I was a kid, I found work where-ever I could. I worked as bus-boy, dishwasher, even helped the town I lived in my picking up bottles and recycling them and got paid for it. Work is available for those that look.

One of the best places to start, if by modifying the game-mode you're running. Start by changing the sweps, more realistic fire-rates, balance the damage, add a feature which changes the cone based on if you're moving, firing from the hip, aiming down the sights, crouching, holding the walk button, etc etc. Start small, start by doing simple things and work your way up!
