On topic: I request a lua that
-When you attack a friendly npc, they start attacking you and will do so until you are dead.
-If you are using a designated player model, combine enemies won't attack you.
-If you attack or kill a combine, they will all turn against you.

It can also make them fight in squads,
Combine throw nades,
but no EVERYONE turns on you. :P
Also metrocops get manhacks :D
