Looking for private scriptor for Laser Tag gamemode

I'm an above-experienced mapper ( [url]http://www.youtube.com/Rory84[/url] ) and plan on making a series of high definition laser tag maps. I can host a server, and have the means to do so, and the funds to do so.

However, I know nothing of LUA and would like someone to assist in this aspect. I would like to have someone create a Laser Tag game mode that does the following:
- 9MM Pistol shoots a red laser, and can only fire once every 1.5 seconds
- Each zap with the laser makes you dissolve (typical gmod death dissolve) and respawn instantly
- Each time someone is hit with the laser, they gain a point, and their team gains 10 points
- Each time someone is hit BY the laser, they lose a point, and their team loses 10 points
- Getting to the other team's base, and shooting the capture point (it will be a func_button with health set to 200) twice will result in a score. Alarms will go off, lights will flash, and their team will gain 100 points.

My "private" definition and request is that this script is created for myself only, for the server launch. Once the game mode is popular, we may release it.
