Is it possible to make a server script for Garry's Mod that allows admins to give "points" to certain players and store that data on a dedicated hosted web server for viewing through html pages?
PS: I am new to scripting for Garry's Mod but am experienced in Lua.

You will need a MySQL database.
It will store tables with entries and keep them up to date, or you could use the garrysmod/data
