what is the code for setting a the gmod tools toolmode?

Ive seen like in GMStranded its own q menu has a list of toolmodes and id really like to know the code to set the gmod_tool´s toolmode. For my gamemode.
so WHATS THE CODE?!?!?

For example, i would type gmod_weld in console to equip the weld toolgun. Do note, these are CONSOLE COMMANDS, so don't try slapping them in lua
