I got some problems with my server... that guests can spawn guns from the Q menu - Weapons, but just these standard guns and not the other ones..
How do i disable so this won't work?

Press F4 and select the admin tab.
There should be a option for that in there.
I didn't found one, just licenses, but i dunno how they work :P
Do you use svn?

Ok, i just took a look in the admin settings. Try to check "rp_adminsweps".
