ok, i would like a simple riot shield and I have a suggestion on how to make it. im not that good on lua but would it be possible to transfer sweps from like...lets say "weapon_RiotUsp" there would be a riot shield AND a usp as the model. when you right click it would transfer sweps to "weapon_riotshield" i think this might work
am confus wat do?
i had a request for a tactical sheild not to long ago same thing different name i want someone to do this properley not just a slap together thing

i would really like this done with working world and view modles it is somthing missing when rps server calaps and a riot brakes out(was just on a server when a riot broke out and thought "fak i wish i had a riot sheild" so yeah it would get a lot of use so comon ...

yeah look up riot on garrysmod.org and u will find a combine sheild it is rather large which makes it ideal but not practical but it will work if u are still willing that is...but remember we wan to be able to shoot back i have seen 3 riot sheilds i dl 2 of em and with out a gun to shoot back ur just target practice...

Well yeah, the creators of those were probably trying to get it as realistic as possible. Riot shields are pretty heavy irl and theres alot of force behind those bullets so doing that one hand shit wouldn't cut it.

well its obvious u never played the eirler counter strike there was a tacticla sheild in that and was armed with a usp in the second hand was quite the defencive weapon...

You ever saw the shield + gun in thirdperson (aka for other people)
sorry but it looks like shit, you cant see the player holding the gun and when you shoot it plays the Animation from the other shield.
Place the shield higher you can shoot people in the head when they are looking right forward.
The shield is quite a project on its own you should not put it in the pack. As i know a lot of people would like this for there rp servers. Without the extremely annoying mw2 stuff.
Weapons without ironshights should always have cross-hairs
Other then that. i should give some possitives as the work you have done until now is impressive.
- The weapons has no bugs
- It looks good from the view model
- The shield wo gun looks ok
