Problem with ULX

Hi everyone! I've been having problems in my console where I get an error, and whenever I try to move someone from one group to another it doesn't update, and whenever I do, it lags the game. I replaced all the ulx addons in my addons file with the same addon just a clean slate version but I still get these errors. Here is the error from console

Does it work with nothing other than ULX?

I only see the error in command prompt, It doesn't to show in in-game console.

But it comes up with only ULX in your addons folder?

The error is with ULX but it doesn't show in the ingame console, only in the command prompt and some of the errors repeat in the command prompt.
