You need Lua coders? How much you willing to pay?
Don't offer me a rank on your server or whatever.
Same here, I can code for you if your willing to pay.
Your website contains warez. Make people have to pay for the CS:S and HL content.
Also, the steam group think on your website brought me here:

That gmadgaming.mc was really old we have a new one but thats some friend I had a fight with and he did that....
What a friend
Just talked with him and he just want a lua coder that code for him for free because he's looking for a "Friend" (Co-Owner)
What a waste of time
I heard the words "Looking for a friend" and came running. Those are rare!

Aww, so sweet <3
I swear I haven't seen a single 'I'm looking for a co-owner' thread, where both partners are assigned equal work. Like, it's always 'lol I want a co-owner and a lua coder and a website designer who will do everything but I still get to be in charge and get credit'.
Ummm all I am asking for is a co-owner aka friend that will run servers with me that all really...
Exactly, your asking for a friend to use them...

You haven't even mentioned whether this "friend" will get any money from donations
This friend will get half of all donation's
also.. :)

I think... you need to mark this as resolved and go elsewhere to find a "friend" to help you with your servers.
I may've sounded a bit harsh, but I'll explain what I mean a bit more. What you need to keep in mind is that most competent coders can create a server or community on their own. That way they have complete freedom and can go in the direction they personally choose.
If server owners want professional coders to work with or for them, then they are going to either need one of the following; a certain skillset of their own, i.e you are a web designer who is looking for someone to take care of in-game stuff, or a secure and decent budget to pay the coder for their work. Basically, it comes down to 'why should coders work with me instead of working on their own?'
Add me on Steam and we'll talk, but don't expect it to be cheap, I'm not willing to code addons/gamemode stuff for people that aren't willing to offer some amount of cash, chances are if you want custom addons and a coder that's private it's going to run your monthly bill up quite a bit. I recommend going to coderhire and posting a job, if you want some addon made specifically for you at a half decent price. Here's my Steam link, if you actually want to get into contact with me to purchase things, don't add me if you're going to try and low ball me. http://steamcommunity.com/id/cJNOOBOyn20/
As Niandra posted, I am not going to be looking for some random pay or someone without a skill set, I want decent and consistent pay for the work that I do, we'll talk about hourly prices over Steam, you can only pay with PayPal.
You have quite the optimism for a child's budget, Reyjr.

Better to hope that someone will actually pay you a decent pay, than to possibly pass up a job.
:v:
EDIT: Fixed a spelling error wtf.
