Stool that turns welded props into a working model with a skin?

I have no idea if this is possible, but is there any way a lua coder could make a stool that turns welded props into a model skinned?

There is one addon doing almost so, PAC made by CapsAdmin.
You may completely hide your body and set a layer of props over it.

Do you know how advanced that is? That would take ages to look through to find the code which lets merge props together into one solid body.
