I'd like some kind of a custom chat, with a different font, gui and stuff like that, it should also support chat commands :)

Well, there's only one on Garrysmod.org and that is way out of date, it's broken probably beyond repair.
But, it's quite hard to make, someone might make a base of a chatbox so you can edit it and do some fancy stuff to it
