Need a Player/Hold model

I downloaded the Black Mesa Humans and Monsters pack found here

I made one of the models a player model but it only spawns in the T frame so I was wondering if anyone could fix this for me the model I have is found in the directory
blackmesahumansmonsters3.zip/models/securityguards/male_04.mdl
