need help on my gamemode! - Developers

like the title says, I need help on my gamemode, It's a MW2 multiplayer-like gamemode, so I'm going to need to know how to give players custom sweps, how to set up my gamemode folder (all the lua files and crap), and how to set up teams. I saw a gmod lua tutorial on it but I don't know where it went. any help would be appreciated, I will also give you credit if I decide to upload it. I also need to know how to make a player regenerate health after a given amount of time

So...you want us to tell you how to make this gamemode is basically what your wanting...so isn't that the same as just saying "Make this gamemode, but I won't pay you for it"
