Fixing the mad cow weapons lowering

Hey im trying to fix the weapons lowering on the world model when you hit left click and e at the same time. It doesn't change the world model to make it look like it's down. This is for the mad cow weapons pack 3.0 by the way, the lowering just randomly stopped working on world models and i need to fix.
