I just want to know if there is an addon for visual studio, like there is for notepad++ for garrysmodl lua stuff.

This would make lua 10x easier to pick up for beginners and just quicker for more advanced people. The reason being, in visual studio, when i type for example "convert." It will come up with a drop down menu of all possible things that can go after the "." and for each thing it will give information about what parametres/arguments it requires.
At the moment, I am spending about 10 minutes trawling arround the gmod lua wiki, trying to find things that would take about 3 seconds in visual studio ( had I have had a plugin)

So Basically, This isn't a request for someone to make it, I'm just asking if there IS one already.

Just use an autocomplete plugin for Notepad ++. :wink:

That does tend to crash a lot, and sometimes is very buggy.
