Disabling VAC for local server

Thanks, my ISP it's a really shit, seriously, my internet fails each 30 minutes, and i highly need to work on MP because gmod seems to crash when i play on SP (Something that i'm used because i don't develop on singleplayer)

But seriously, i'm freaking tired of being kicked for Invalid USERID ticket after my internet returns...So...Can i disable vac on my local server for avoid that kind of messages? (I think that's VAC because i didn't had that kind of messages when i played SP and i don't think that VAC run on SP)
