How to add seats to cars

I have a little question but cars :) i got an rp server, and i need some new cars, i know how to setup how fast they can drive and the sounds for each gear. But i don't know how to add seats. It could be awesome if some1 could tell me. :D

Check out mods that already have done this such as VUmod, I believe. What it involves is creating an airboat seat at specific points inside a vehicle and getting people into those rather than the vehicle itself.
