Unassigned Can Move props? Also, ForceProp-Forcehunt code? !donate broken

So I have started a new server and find quite lot of useful information here, but these are the only few things that are broken. Anyone who joins, auto joins on the Unassigned team and can float around and pick up random props and open doors. I've heard it's a bug, and a feature. Nonetheless I don't like it. How do I remove the unassigned team or make everyone that joins spawn into Spectators?

Also, I am looking for a !forceprops and !forcehunt command lua if anyone has it! I've got Forceswap but when people refuse to choose a team and just ghost from spectators i really hate it.

3rd, I use ULX, and the !donate brought up google, I need to easily change that link to my donation link so that people can donate to help pay for the server.
