nvm I figured out what I was doing wrong.
Basically everything was wrong.
I recoded everything and it's fine now.
You have noting calling the function to create it other then the script being there. If it were in auto run then it could. Use a netmessage or something client side for it to run it.

Added listener by hooking up OnPlayerChat.
