You should not use luapad when you don't even know how to install/open it.
Why? I got it installed in addons. I tried running it with lua_openscript and lua_openscript_cl from console and nothing worked

Well that means luapad doesn't need gm_rawio to run then so how do I run it?

Ya you're not suppose to edit files that's why gm_rawio is not included. I want to know how to run it and start my own scripts
