KILL command disabled

I downloaded an addon that disabled my "kill" console command, how do I re-enable it?

Do you have ASS admin mod? If so, delete it.

You don't have to delete the whole admin mod, just the plugin.

I believe it's ass_kill or something to that effect.

But ASSMod's broken anyway, so...
