Well a spectate script.
Use a console command to toggle spectating.
Spectating allows you to look freely like in every Source Game when you're dead. You probably get the idea. You can just freely look throughout the entire map, and your player stands still in the area where he was while you are spectating.
One other thing, it's client side, so the server wouldn't require it.
