80% of DarkRP is based of money, why would you disable it?

You can remove them from HUD and remove "/givemoney" and "/dropmoney" commands.
If you use shops or whatsoever that requires the player to have an specific amount of money, then you could as Purixi told you and also make players have a constant amount of money. If not then make players have 0 amount of money all the time.
