Manually ban someone?

Currently, Evolve bans is broke. (At least for me).

Is there any file I can submit a SteamID and banlenght?

Usage: banid < minutes > < userid | uniqueid | ip> { kick }

For IP adresses use banip (however, this is only useful on cracked servers, or to block DDoS). And say writeid/writeip after banning player to make ban crash-proof.
