How do I make it open to a specific page when I click a derma button?
Why not just do it in game using the [url=http://wiki.garrysmod.com/?title=P.HTML]HTML[/url] panel?

You can't use the steam:// protocol and there are other limitations to html panels that I can't think of right now.

I think he is just refering to opening a regular web browser.
