It would build a file of all the ents your server has or something like that and you would be able to limit how many of each person can have... and also have a thing that stoped people from using the adv dupe to spawn stuff thats a higher rank then them.

I think there are admin mods that are capable of settings certain spawn limits based on usergroups, but not individual users.
you could do it manually right? Using if v:SteamID()
