Not sure but I think there is documentation of FloodMod. The wiki might help with your scoreboard.

The scoreboard is from sandbox i believe. That's why his doesn't have it, the flood mod he is using is derived from base. That's one of the reasons i suggested he switch to the newer flood mod. If you don't mind me asking what part of the "interface" doesn't work with you map? it works perfectly fine with all the maps i have tested it on.
