You are taking the whole DNA being on the corpse as it is in real world - which is wrong.
It might aswell be a whole list of conditionals in SWEP itself that decide whether or not DNA is retrievable.

Maybe - I didn't check the code.
I'd look in the TTT code and see what happens when the time runs out on the body. You can probably see how it's done in that.
