Workshop Errors in Server File

I have a workshop.vdf file and there is something wrong with it. Here are the errors my console sends many times over:

KeyValues Error: LoadFromBuffer: missing { in file workshop.vdf

KeyValues Error: LoadFromBuffer: missing { in file workshop.vdf

KeyValues Error: LoadFromBuffer: missing { in file workshop.vdf

KeyValues Error: LoadFromBuffer: missing { in file workshop.vdf

It spams these errors about 20 times and then the server starts (without the addons). Here is my workshop file:

I have the same problem :p

I converted rtf to vdf and there was bunch of hidden text only visible on windows.
