I've been having this problem for about a week now. Workshop gets to the poitn where I click upload, but it just dumps me back at the list of addons. I'm unable to upload anything, even scripts.
I tried redownloading, running as administrator, and changing files but it just refuses to work.
Is there anything anyone knows about this? I'm getting a lot of people bitching about how I haven't uploaded everything.

I'm able to update preexisting addons, but am unable to add new ones.

Worked fine like a week ago.
I tried cleaning out my previous submissions from the beta but nothing changed. I really need to get my other shit up before I get any more hate mail from impatient children.
Same problem ,"instant upload" return to uploaded addon menu and it open the workshop page of my addon (I can't update it).
Another with a problem chiming in. Folder size is under 100 megs, all files in compliance and everything. No error code, so I can't report anything like that.
At first, I would get the green progress bar, it would blink 3 times before being sent to the start page. Just now, I get sent to the page saying Starting publisher, adding files, upload starting, the same page I got when my file was over the limit.
Now here's a fun one. Just for testing, I uploaded a really small addon, like kilobytes in size, and it worked just fine. Did the size limit change on us, without us being told about it?

I tried that myself and it didn't work for me. I have a script that I need to get going and it won't upload.
