hiring SWEP creator (for a simple swep)

hello forum browsers!
I have been searching high and low for a decent L.U.A coder to do a small bit of SWEP coding for me.
I only need the L.U.A coder, not a modeller or anything else. I wish to end up with a crossbow-like explosive projectile launcher like from "Tribes: Ascend" (based off the Bolt Launcher)
It would be immensely useful if the coder I hire can do animations (simple reloading ones) but mostly the person (or people) needs to be able to make a weapon that fires an entity.
