I know the command +sv_loadingurl, and the picture works on my server, but it is far too small, I do not know wether it is just the image hosting that makes it appear messed up, but if someone can give me a good place to upload the picture, or even the dimensions of the picture to make sure I have the right ones.
It could just be how Garry's Mod is rendering the image. I believe that sv_loadingurl was meant for HTML pages. There are numerous, free webpage hosting sites.
