What do you mean "setup"? Do you mean "how do I get the module and install it" or "how to I use MySQLOO"? Both of these things were found within seconds using Google.

Modules go in: lua\includes\modules (which is actually on the MySQLOO FP thread).
I have done all that, but it doesnt work, it doesnt write into my database.
