• Requesting members for a project-dedication group

What is a "project-dedication" group? It's quite easy to explain, it's a group of people who work together by dedicating them selves to certain tasks. For, most lua-related projects are easily done single handedly, there are those who bring a change or revolution to GMod. For example, take Pulsar Effect Role-play (PERP), Dark Role-play (I'm not praising it, but reality is that it's the most popular RP at the moment), GMod Tower, Open Aura. Most of these (except PERP) were products of a dedicated group. What's in it for me? You'd have something to take pride in. I won't be paying you, that's one thing; but do keep in mind, in case this does work out , we might request money for it. I'm not quite aware of the system Here's how it will work: We will have a private steam group. In this steam group, we will discuss about ideas, updates, project-types and such. I, as the project leader will make sure we stay organized, and (hoping it doesn't come to this) kick out members in need (Of course, with no strict rules, or such, common sense is what builds our rules). We will be using a project development/file sharing/file hosting site to keep a SINGLE folder/zip file of the projects. Meaning, everyone will be able to do fixes/ideas/etc without complications. On the other note, you will not be able to do ideas that aren't official (We will have a to-do/idea list). There will be only one static rule: Whenever doing any update, you will have to edit the log file that will be kept in there. Do we/will we have a server? Right now, we don't. Maybe we will, maybe we won't. Really depends on a lot of obvious facts. How are you expecting to gather members without paying them? You pay someone when he helps you in a way that will generate you profit (at least in most cases). For this one, you'll be given/shared all of the things we profit. If we earn from a server, We will use the money we have for mostly keeping the server up, while the rest of it will be divided among us, depending on how much who did. If we end up earning from the project it self (Like Open Aura has), the same will happen. My point is: I'm not going to get much more than the rest of you in this. Expectations: You just need to know lua. No Deadlines, No hours you have to be on, pretty much a do-when-can thing. It's also suggested to have a GMT+1 (or near) timezone. PS: Please do state what you can/can't do in lua when replying, so we'd keep a good idea on what we still need/don't need. NOTE: This isn't a one-project only thing, we vote for what to make.
What you didn't explain is just what the members will be making.
What you didn't explain is just what the members will be making.
"In this steam group, we will discuss about ideas, updates, project-types and such." We will vote on what exactly to make. This isn't a ONE PROJECT ONLY, thing
Some examples of your past experience may help to demonstrate what you can offer to the group.
