Need a LUA scripter on Gmod

Hello, i'm creating a gmod server, a LUA scripter will be needed for this job to
1) Integrate custom player model skins as classes.
2) Possibly make a simple and nice HUD.
3) Put custom weapons in specific classes.

The gamemode is DarkRP and before you say "DarkRP is a fail, not popular, and is generally not worth it," I would at least give it a try and put my personal preferences and see how it turns out.
