So I am currently a customer of GTSGaming (there support isn't very good so I came here) basically whats happened is someone deleted my addons folder and I pressed repair all files and every single file was wiped everything and when I try and re-install my server I get the error message Error - The process cannot access the file 'FastDownload.db' because it is being used by another process. Please help!
did you shut the server down before trying to reinstall?
Yes my status is currently error and when I try and reinstall my status switches to unknown.
Your host should fix an error like this.
If they don't then I would be requesting a refund and looking for a different hosting company.

Shutdown you server so that it isn't running and then try to reinstall all the files. By the sounds of it your hosting provider uses TCAdmin which will require you to turn the server off before you can mess with the games files as it locks them during run time. If that doesn't work your host can remove the lock on the files by killing the TCAdmin process that monitors your server and then starting it again when your have recovered your files. However it sounds like your host is pretty shitty to be honest, you may want to consider finding a better host as you don't want to more more problems in the future like this which could result in you loosing your servers population due to the downtime. You're better off paying a little bit more for a more reliable host.
