SWEP Model Changing

I'm making a SWEP as to answer one of the requests in the section (Zangetsu) but I am having trouble getting it to switch on a live basis.

Basically I want to be able to change the view model of a swep and then it actually changes it on the screen, not entirely sure how I would go about this, same with the world model.
Setting the parameters of the view model works but you need to change weps and change back, world model doesn't work either way I also trying using SetModel to no avail.

Any ideas?
