Alright so i know how to use the hook but it calls after they are arrested... i need it before the player is arrested and has no weapons (im trying to call the players weapons)
It'd be great if there where some sort of darkrp forums and not just facepunch

playerArrested is called before the weapons are stripped.

hmm i dont think it is because it calls when the player is arrested.. and by then all the weapons are gone

As I said, it's called before the player is stripped (respawned). Don't let the name fool you.
