That's something I wrote for PERP5.5 (or whatever it's called now). It's a private script and you can't 'get' it. Feel free to write your own version though.

I'm not. I don't own the code I just wrote it for some guys.
Someone should totally make one for me like that for a price :3 since it no longer exists I guess lol
