Getting a Darkrp server... But?

Well I been thinking on getting a new darkrp server for my friend owner's Tulips sandbox community server
And I'll be getting it at the end of this week.

but I been working on jobs for the server:

Mafia
Mafia>Hitman
Mafia>printer expert
Mafia>Spy

Cops>NYPD

Gangster>Robber

gangster>Terrorist

Terrorist>Sniper
Terrorist>Support

Cop>Swat

Swat>Support
Swat>Sniper

Gangster>Bloodz

Gangster>cripz

Guard

Agent's

...etc but now I don't know how add weapons to the jobs buy menu(f4)

Could someone give me tips on how to proceed next on doing so?
