Best Way To get Started on a gamemode

I want to work on a sandbox/rp style gamemode and i want to know the most in depth way to learn lua and how to make a gamemode anything would be appreciated

There are some tutorials on the GMOD wiki I believe. They could be pretty helpful in getting started.

It has. I keep accidently posting on them with responses to 7 year old questions.

Why is this a bad thing?

Most of my questions are solved via a quick google search limiting the results to facepunch.com

An unanswered question is an unanswered question weather they asked today or a decade ago.
