How would I go about creating a button on screen that is there all the time, so when I hold down C and release my cursor I can press on it to do something, any links to something like this or garry's mod wiki would be appreciated, I've got no idea where to start.

By the sounds of it you want to know how to incorporate it as a HUD feature. You might struggle to begin with.
