I was trying to change rcon sbox_noclip but I cant have any spaces.
Are you talking about using this in console or making a client side lua script?
If I understand your problem correctly, you need to make multiple arguments every time you have to use a space.
I am trying to have a checkbox that toggles those things on a server.
