I need a coder for my server to help with donations. (TTT) - Developers

The server i run is a TTT server. The idea is that the coder will make things to make the server likeable and original so that it will urgue people to donate so the server can stay up. The coder will be made a coowner and if enough donations come in to keep the server up for 6 months then we will start spliting the money 50/50 for profit. the server is only 2 days old so I don't have much right now. I'd be willing to help for a small amount, so that in-case there is no profitable donations made to the server my time wouldn't have been [b]completely[/b] wasted.

Well why don't you do your job right, and read the sticky for hiring Lua coders. Also, 'co-owner' is not a worthy payment, nor will anyone do it for a percentage of I existent donations.

Just a bit of advice, no decent coder will offer their services to you, mainly because if they could make some half decent code they would set up the server themselves and take all of the glory and possible money for themselves. The only people that will take you up are people that have little to no experience and don't think that they will be able to accomplish much. If you really want some unique scripts for your server either pay upfront or ode it yourself.

If the coder does all the work, then the money should be be used to pay the server bill, and any remaining money should be given to the coder. Being server owner is easy and anybody can do it, being a good server owner requires experience. No coder is willing to join onto the bandwagon of a server that will most likely shut down when your pocket money does, and they certainly won't if they are doing work for free so that you can leach donations and power. Also, if you want to start up the community and expect some share, you should at least pipe money into a community like getting proper hosting and not a free forum. I don't care if you're 'in-the gutter' and can't afford anything right now. Start a community up AFTER you have a script and the money to host the servers and website for a couple of weeks stockpiled in advance.
