Edit: Also, it WILL be necessary to pay. No one will be like "Oh hey! I'll do this JUST so I can be superadmin on your server! You have no need to pay me! I don't do this for a side living or anything."

Err, not to get your hopes down or anything but.. Nobody really cares about being a superadmin on your server, being an admin is something you set yourself to do, it's something you want to do for the server.
I would change "if necessary I will pay" into, I will pay.
