Since it splits it there and it worked with the community id I would say it was the use of ":".
Try replacing them before doing the query and do the same on the website end.
You need to use :
SQLStr(ply:SteamID())
I'm not entirely sure why people make threads, then delete all relevant information when the problem is solved. I (and I imagine the rest of the community) would like to know what issue you actually ran into. There's a very high chance that at least one other person would run into the same problem and could find the solution in your thread via Facepunch or Google. At the very least, you save the people who helped you the time it would take for them to answer the question yet again for someone else.
Just seems kinda selfish to ask a community for help, then pack it all up and leave once they solve your problem. :/
