Workshop addons won't suddenly load? "Collection has no children"

Getting this error on my server when I boot it up after a restart

Collection has no children:

I've double checked the startup line and the workshop ID is indeed right, what should I do?

Set the collection to public.

My collection is private but it downloads. There's got to be something else; are you linking to a collection which links to others? Workshop has an issue if your collection contains another collection.

My workshop contains another collection and it works just fine :v:

Odd, For example I have all of Sentry Gunmans vehicles, then he has them linked in a workshop collection. I tried adding that but it says that it's empty or can't download; and clients don't download it either. My detector thingy says they don't have that one addon.
