I was wondering if anyone has coded something similar to or can code something similar to the GM chat in World of warcraft where the player gets a notification saying 'an admin wishes to speak with you' and they can press a button to start the private chat and then the admin or player can click something else to close it. I feel like this would be useful.

Nada, i am implying that i think there may be something like this already around on facepunch somewhere or that someone has already made that may be able to notify me of if this is the case.
