DarkRP add jobs to cop commands, a /calladmin addon

first of all: In which file do i have to place so I can add my custom TEAM_SWAT and TEAM_SWATMEDIC job to be able to /warrent, /wanted?

second: I need some kind of plugin so users are able to /calladmin or whatever and then every admin gets a popup screen, saying, "name" is calling you, do you wanna go? then there is a button yes and no, if you click yes you'll "goto" him and the popup will be gone for every other admin, i'm using ULX so the command to goto is: "ulx goto"

my admin groups from ULX are: admin, donatoradmin, trustedadmin, donatortrustedadmin, superadmin, rootadmin, owner

If somebody could make that, that'll be awesome for me but also for alot other people!

It's not a shitty idea, it's actually a really good idea, and there may be people who want to pay.. You never know, and other times, there are people like you f*cking up everything!
